  • Refunds are issued as account credits to your GodofSMM wallet, not to your original payment method (e.g., PayPal, Paytm).
  • You must contact support to verify refund eligibility.

2. Eligible Refund Conditions

Refunds (as account credits) are available in the following cases:

  • Non-Delivery: If we fail to deliver due to our error, you receive a full refund.
  • Delayed Orders: If an order is unprocessed for 5 business days, you may request a full refund.
  • Partial Delivery: If only part of the order is fulfilled, you may receive a proportional refund.
  • Technical Errors: If our platform causes verifiable issues, you may be eligible for a refund.

3. Non-Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Incorrect or private social media account details.
  • Metric drops due to platform algorithms or user behavior.
  • Simultaneous use of multiple SMM panels, causing delivery issues.
  • Account suspensions or bans by social media platforms.
  • Fraudulent orders or unauthorized payment methods.
  • Dissatisfaction with results or change of mind.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  • Include your order ID, issue details, and evidence (e.g., screenshots).
  • We review requests within 24-48 hours and process eligible refunds within 6-12 hours.

Bank refunds, if applicable, may take 7-14 business days.

5. Disputes and Chargebacks

Filing a dispute or chargeback without contacting us may result in:

  • Account suspension or termination.
  • Removal of delivered services (e.g., followers).
  • Legal action to recover losses.

6. Special Cases
